Small items ordered alone are sent by First Class Mail, which is included in the price.
Program materials and the book Why Can't My Child Behave? are sent by Media Mail, which is included in the price, and should take less than four weeks to arrive, depending on Post Office traffic.
For an extra $5.00 charge, we can ship your Program and/or book order by Priority Mail. You only need one $5.00 fee no matter how many items are included in your order.
NOTE: We do not process the Priority orders faster than Media Mail orders - the difference in price simply covers the difference in our cost of postage to give you the faster mailing service. Please allow two (2) full weeks for your materials to arrive.
