(o) Foodlist & Shopping Guide - U.S.
This book is not the entire Program.
It is part of Program materials, but if you live outside the United States and Canada, and have access to American foods (or if you periodically visit the United States) then this book may be helpful to you and you may buy it alone. Make sure to indicate wihch state(s) you are buying the Foodlist for. Consider buying the entire set of Program materials.

The Foodlists for the United States and Canada have been increasing in size every month as we add more products that have been identified as meeting the Feingold Program guidelines. American Foodlists are now almost 200 pages long, while the Canadian Foodlist is almost 100 pages long.
Be aware that the same product that is acceptable in the U.S. may not be acceptable in Canada, so please use a Canadian Foodlist when shopping in Canada. Also, if the same product is exported to your country, we do not know if the ingredients are identical to what is sold in the United States or Canada.
The Foodlists are updated and reprinted several times a year; if you have a Foodlist that is more than a year old - and if it has beenuseful - it is time to buy a new one. See inside Foodlist to get an idea what you will find.
