The Foodlists for the United States and Canada have been increasing in size every month as we add more products that have been identified as meeting the Feingold Program guidelines. American Foodlists are now over 150 pages long, while the newer Canadian Foodlist is over 50 pages long.
For those Canadians living near the United States border and who have access to American foods, a U.S. Foodlist may be useful. We provide it at a discount when you also buy the Canadian Program materials for the first time, and when you renew your Pure Facts subscription with the Canadian Foodlist and want also to have an American one. Be aware that the same product that is acceptable in the U.S. may not be acceptable in Canada, so please use your Canadian Foodlist when shopping in Canada.
The Foodlists are updated and reprinted several times a year; if you have a Foodlist that is more than a year old, it is time to buy a new one. See inside Foodlist to get an idea what you will find.
