You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.     Prices for all orders include shipping and handling charges.  We do not charge sales tax. 

 

Small items such as a Fast Food Guide, ordered alone, are shipped by First Class Mail.  Larger items - such as the Program materials and/or the book Why Can't My Child Behave? are shipped Media Mail (within the United States).  You should receive them within 2 weeks.  If you want faster delivery for these items (within the United States), you may choose Priority for an additional charge of $5.00 no matter how many items you have ordered. 

Please note that while Priority or First Class Mail should arrive within 3 days, and Media Mail should arrive within 2 to 9 days, and we process the shipping as fast as we can, it can take up to 5 business days for the items to be mailed.    If an order is held up for any reason beyond 5 days, we will notify you.
